  • 2 (8 count) pkg. crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 (1 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 bell pepper (green)
  • 1 bell pepper (red)
  • 1/2 c. mushroom
  • 1/2 c. broccoli
  • 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

    Chop peppers, mushrooms and broccoli; set aside.

    Line a lightly greased 15 x 10-inch pan with rolls.

    Pinch seams together.

    Bake at 350°

    for 7 to 8 minutes.

    Cool.

    Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and seasoning together and blend until smooth. Spread on rolls. Mix all veggies and cheese and sprinkle on cream cheese.

    Cover and chill.

    Cut in squares.
