- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese *
- 1 c. mayo or salad dressing *
- 1 (1 oz.) envelope Ranch dressing mix *
- 3/4 c. (3 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded *
- 1/2 c. each: broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, green pepper and tomato, chopped fine
Directions

1Unroll crescent rolls; place in bottom of ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan, pinching edges to seal.

2Brush with egg. Bake at 375° for 11 to 13 minutes; cool completely.

3Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch mix until well blended.

4Spread over crust; sprinkle with remaining ingredients.

5Chill 2 hours.

6Cut in bite size pieces.
