  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1 (1 oz.) envelope Ranch dressing
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, green pepper and tomato

    Unfold crescent rolls and place in bottom of an ungreased 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan.

    Pinch the edges to seal.

    Brush dough with beaten egg.

    Bake at 375° for 11 to 13 minutes.

    Cool.

    Combine cream cheese, mayo and Ranch dressing; beat.

    Spread mixture on crust.

    Sprinkle with cheese and vegetables.

    Chill 2 hours.
