- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch original salad dressing mix
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped fine broccoli
- 1/2 c. finely chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. finely chopped tomatoes
- any other vegetable of choice
Directions

1Unroll rolls; place in bottom of ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan, pinching edges together to seal.

2Brush dough with beaten egg.

3Bake at 375° for 11 to 13 minutes.

4Cool completely. Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix; beat until well blended.

5Spread mixture over crust; sprinkle with cheese and veggies.

6Chill at least 2 hours.

7Cut into 1 x 1 1/2-inch bites.
