Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch original salad dressing mix
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped fine broccoli
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped tomatoes
  • any other vegetable of choice

Directions

    Unroll rolls; place in bottom of ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan, pinching edges together to seal.

    Brush dough with beaten egg.

    Bake at 375° for 11 to 13 minutes.

    Cool completely. Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix; beat until well blended.

    Spread mixture over crust; sprinkle with cheese and veggies.

    Chill at least 2 hours.

    Cut into 1 x 1 1/2-inch bites.
