  • soft fresh breadcrumbs 1 cup (sourdough)
  • tahini paste 2T
  • ground cumin 1/2t
  • spring onion (3) - white part only
  • small red chilli
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2T chopped coriander
  • lemon or lime juice 1T
  • 2 cans 400g chick peas
  • olive oil to fry
  • 1T sesame seeds
  • 1-2T dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1.5T extra virgin oil
  • finely chopped coriander
  • toastd pita bread to serve
