- 1 large pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower mix)
- 3/4 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 small can Durkee fried onions
Directions

1Thaw vegetables.

2In large bowl, mix vegetables, soup, sour cream, milk, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and 1/2 can of the onions. Pour into covered 1 1/2 quart casserole.

3Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top.

4Heat in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
