  • 1 large pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower mix)
  • 3/4 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 small can Durkee fried onions

Directions

    Thaw vegetables.

    In large bowl, mix vegetables, soup, sour cream, milk, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and 1/2 can of the onions. Pour into covered 1 1/2 quart casserole.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top.

    Heat in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
