Ingredients

  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup mushroom, sliced (canned or fresh)
  • 12 cup green onion, sliced
  • 14 cup sweet red pepper
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 14 teaspoon dried dill weed (optional)
  • 18 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Combine all veggies and broth with water.

    Whisk all remaining ingredients and gradually add to boiling mixture.
