  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls from dairy case
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
  • 1 c. light Miracle Whip
  • 1 Tbsp. or more horseradish
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • assorted diced vegetables such as green onions, green peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, cauliflower

Directions

    Spread the 2 packages of crescent rolls on a large baking sheet to make crust.

    Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

    Cool.

    Mix cream cheese, Miracle Whip, horseradish and pepper.

    Spread on cooled crust.

    Top with vegetables and sprinkle with grated cheese.

    Keeps well.

    It can be made a day ahead of time. (Doesn't take many veggies.)
