  • 1/2 tsp. finely chopped dry dill weed
  • chopped vegetables of your choice
  • grated cheese (your choice)
  • chopped pimento
  • 2 pita breads (6 inches in diameter)
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms* (about 5 oz.)
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  • 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh basil leaves or 2 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 1 c. finely shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
