- 1 recipe pizza crust
- 1 recipe pizza sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
- 3 mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can (4 oz.) sliced black olives, drained
- 1 can artichokes (marinated in water), drained
- 1/2 lb. provolone cheese, grated
- Freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese for garnish
Directions

1Roll out pizza dough on a circular pizza tray or a 13x9-inch rectangular cookie sheet.

2Spread pizza sauce over crust, then sprinkle garlic and crushed red pepper flakes over the sauce.

3Cover with toppings and then provolone cheese and a light garnish of Parmigiano-Reggiano.

4Bake in preheated 425F oven for around 18 minutes or until the outer crust is lightly browned.

5If necessary, place pizza under broiler for 1 minute before serving to make cheese a golden brown.
