- 1/4 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 pita breads
- 8 slices tomato
- 4 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
Directions

1Mix 125 g cubed Velveeta Process Cheese Product (about 3/4 cup), 1/2 cup chopped broccoli and 1/4 cup each bean sprouts, grated carrots and chopped green onions.

2Cut 2 pita breads in half.

3Fill each half with 2 tomato slices and one fourth of the vegetable mixture.

4Spread outside of each sandwich evenly with 1 Tbsp.

6Cook in large skillet on medium heat 3 min.

7on each side or until sandwiches are golden brown on both sides and Velveeta is melted.
