  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 pita breads
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 4 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07

    Mix 125 g cubed Velveeta Process Cheese Product (about 3/4 cup), 1/2 cup chopped broccoli and 1/4 cup each bean sprouts, grated carrots and chopped green onions.

    Cut 2 pita breads in half.

    Fill each half with 2 tomato slices and one fourth of the vegetable mixture.

    Spread outside of each sandwich evenly with 1 Tbsp.

    Cook in large skillet on medium heat 3 min.

    on each side or until sandwiches are golden brown on both sides and Velveeta is melted.
