Ingredients
- 1 (9 ounce) package cheese ravioli
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 small zucchini, julienned
- 1 red pepper, julienned
- 1 yellow pepper, julienned
- 14 cup chopped black olives
- 12 cup chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook ravioli according to package directions.

2In a large skillet, cook zucchini and peppers in olive oil until tender.

3Remove veggies and keep warm.

4In same skillet, cook tomatoes, olives, onions, and seasonings.

5Bring to a boil.

6Reduce heat and add veggies back to skillet.

7Simmer for another 10 minutes.

8Drain ravioli and add to veggie mixture.

9Sprinkle with cheese and serve!
