Veggie Squares Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley dressing
  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • vegetables, finely chopped: broccoli, cauliflower, red bell pepper; amounts to taste

Directions

    Mix together first 3 ingredients.

    Roll out 2 packages crescent rolls in about a 10 x 12-inch square.

    Pinch ends together and press flat.

    Place on cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes at 350° until golden.

    Cool.

    Spread cream cheese mixture on cooled bread. Sprinkle vegetables on top.

    Cut in squares and serve.
