- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can chic peas
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 can tomato puree
- 1 jalapeno chili, chopped
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 cans beer
- 1 diced zucchini
- 1 diced summer squash
- 1 c. diced mushrooms
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1In a large pot, saute onions, garlic, celery, peppers and mushrooms in olive oil.

2Add chopped jalapeno, chili powder, Tabasco and beer.

3Simmer about 15 minutes.

4Rinse all beans.

5Add to the pot.

6Stir to combine everything.

7Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 1 hour.

8Serve with rice.

9Make this for a large group.
