  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 c. light mayonnaise
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 pkg. Oriental Ranch dressing mix
  • fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, green onion, green pepper)
  • shredded light Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Flatten rolls on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 375° for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Cool.

    Cut into smaller wedges.

    Mix next 3 ingredients and spread on wedges.

    Pat fresh vegetables onto cream cheese mixture.

    Top with shredded cheese.
