  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt, Or To Taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper Or To Taste
  • 1 whole Wheat Tortilla
  • 1/4 whole Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 4 slices Red Onion
  • 1 whole Small Lemon Cucumber
  • 1/4 cups Edamame, Shelled
