  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 pkg. liver
  • 1 tsp. vegita
  • black pepper
  • 10 diced mushrooms
  • 1 c. oil

Directions

    Slice vegetables.

    Cut liver in small pieces.

    Add all ingredients together.

    Heat oil until hot.

    Fry everything together.

    When liver is tender, take out of oil.

    Drain on paper.
