Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can white corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can French-cut green beans
  • 1 small can peas or 1 c. frozen peas
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped peppers
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Drain all liquids and mix vegies.

    Boil the remaining ingredients.

    Cool completely and pour over vegies.

    Refrigerate. Will keep 2 weeks.
