- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 2 cans water (more if needed)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen soup vegetables
- seasonings of your choice (salt, pepper, garlic, etc.)
Directions

1Brown meat and drain.

2Bring tomato paste and water to a boil. Cook onion until tender.

3Add peeled and cubed potatoes.

4Cook 15 minutes.

5Add frozen soup mix, seasonings and ground meat.

6Simmer 30 minutes.

7Serve with whole wheat crackers.
