Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • 2 cans water (more if needed)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen soup vegetables
  • seasonings of your choice (salt, pepper, garlic, etc.)

Directions

    Brown meat and drain.

    Bring tomato paste and water to a boil. Cook onion until tender.

    Add peeled and cubed potatoes.

    Cook 15 minutes.

    Add frozen soup mix, seasonings and ground meat.

    Simmer 30 minutes.

    Serve with whole wheat crackers.
