  • 450 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut up (about 3 cups)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 1-1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup each: chopped green onions and red peppers
  • 12 crepes (8 inch)
  • 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Place Velveeta in large microwaveable bowl.

    Stir in milk.

    Microwave on MEDIUM 3 min.

    or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 1-1/2 min.

    Remove 3/4 cup of the sauce; set aside for later use.

    Add chicken and vegetables to remaining sauce; mix well.

    Spoon evenly onto crepes.
