- 2 (8 oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 qt. 6 oz. cooking oil
Directions

1Separate biscuits.

2Pat each out on a floured surface to 5-inch circle.

3Brown meat, onion, green pepper and oregano.

4Place a heaping tablespoonful of meat mixture on biscuit circle.

5Fold in half and seal edges with a fork.

6Deep fat fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.

7Makes 20 foldovers.
