- 2 pkg. corn tortillas
- 3 cans enchilada sauce
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans chili con carne
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and drain well.

2Mix in chili.

3In a separate pan, mix enchilada sauce, 1 tablespoon oil and tomato sauce.

4Bring to a boil and lower flame to simmer.

5Take 1 tortilla and slide through sauce rapidly, covering it completely. Fill center with meat and sprinkle cheese to taste. Fold top down, bottom up; flip over and lay in pan.

6Repeat until pan is filled.

7Pour rest of enchilada sauce over top and sprinkle with rest of cheese.

8Bake for 1/2 hour at 375°.
