  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine (melted)
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine.

    Press into bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan.

    Bake 325° for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in a mixer; beat until smooth.

    Add eggs; mix well.

    Add sour cream.

    Pour into a cooled crust.

    Bake at 325° for 55 minutes.

    Cool before removing sides of pan.
