  • 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
  • large mushrooms
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Rinse mushrooms in cool water and remove stems.

    Place buttons with centers up on a cookie sheet.

    Stuff centers with sausage. Sprinkle on cheese to your preference.

    Place in a preheated oven at 250° to 275° and cook until the sausage is done.
