- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Crisco (solid)

Directions

1Marinate venison in 2 tablespoons vinegar and water to cover for several hours or overnight.

2Drain venison.

3Cook in crock-pot on low for 10 to 12 hours with mixture listed.
