- 2 c. tomato juice or more
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. chili powder
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
Directions

1Cook meat and onions in iron skillet until almost done.

2Add everything else; bring to boil and reduce to low.

3Simmer about an hour or remove to crock-pot and keep on low until ready to serve.
