  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 lb. cubed venison
  • 1 (10 oz.) can French onion soup
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 can chili hot beans
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • cayenne pepper as desired

Directions

    In large saucepan, brown venison in oil.

    Add soup; simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add all other ingredients except beans; simmer for 1 hour.

    Add beans; simmer for 15 minutes.
