- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 lb. cubed venison
- 1 (10 oz.) can French onion soup
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 can chili hot beans
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- cayenne pepper as desired
Directions

1In large saucepan, brown venison in oil.

2Add soup; simmer for 5 minutes.

3Add all other ingredients except beans; simmer for 1 hour.

4Add beans; simmer for 15 minutes.

5Serve.
