- 2 medium onions, cut up
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 chili peppers, cut up
- 1 1/2 lb. cubed venison
- 3/4 lb. lean pork, cubed
- 1/2 c. red cooking wine
- 1 can chili beans, drained
- any chili mix
Directions

1Brown venison and pork.

2Add onions, peppers, garlic and chili peppers until sauteed.

3Add red cooking wine, chili mix and chili beans.

4Simmer for 1 to 2 hours.

5Add Maza flour for thickening. Some folks add brown sugar or molasses.
