  • 3 graham cracker crusts
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1 c. almond slices
  • 1 jar butterscotch topping

Directions

    Toast coconut and almonds in melted margarine until brown (325°, about 10 minutes); cool.

    Combine cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk and fold in Cool Whip.

    Using 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture, divide equally between the 3 crusts.

    Top with 1/2 of the coconut/almonds.

    Drizzle 1/2 butterscotch topping over the 3 crusts.

    Repeat for second layer.

    Freeze.
