Ingredients

  • 5 lb. ground venison
  • 2 lb. hot sausage
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans beer
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans beef bouillon soup
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 large green peppers
  • 8 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
  • 4 Tbsp. ground cumin
  • fresh garlic to taste
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. m.s.g.
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 2 large cans chili beans

    Cook meat thoroughly; drain off drippings.

    Add beer and bouillon soup.

    Mix in remainder of ingredients and allow to simmer 4 to 6 hours.
