Ingredients
- 5 to 7 raw carrots
- 5 to 7 baking potatoes
- 2 to 3 lb. deer roast (cut off fat)
- 1 or 2 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1/2 or 1 c. water
- Adolph's seasoning
Directions

1Peel and wash carrots and potatoes.

2Cut up into small chunks. Place in the bottom of a crock-pot.

3Put deer roast on top. Sprinkle Adolph's seasoning on meat.

4Pour onion soup mix over roast.

5Pour water over top and cover with lid.

6Cook on low heat for approximately 6 to 8 hours, if able, or cook on high heat for approximately 4 hours and then lower setting to medium heat.

7Use judgement, depending on size of meat.

8Periodically, as juices develop, baste meat and vegetables.

9It will melt in your mouth!
