- Worcestershire
- whole venison hindquarter

1Salt, pepper and place tenderizer on a whole hindquarter (this will work as well with roast, neck, etc.).

2Make a paste with hot water and onion soup mix.

3Paint it over the quarter.

4Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over the entire quarter.

5Place 1 cup of water in a large pan that can be covered.

6Place quarter in pan and cover.

7Place in 250° oven for approximately 12 hours.

8Cut in bite-size pieces and serve with barbecue sauce.
