- 1 c. thinly sliced apples (fresh)
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. quick tapioca mix
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Roll half of pastry to 1/8-inch thick and fit into a 9-inch pie plate.

2Combine blackberries and apple slices; place in pie shell.

3Combine sugar, tapioca and cinnamon.

4Stir well.

5Sprinkle over blackberries; dot with butter.

6Roll out remaining dough to 1/8-inch thick; place over filling.

7Trim pastry, seal and flute edges.
