  • 3 c. blackberries (fresh)
  • 1 c. thinly sliced apples (fresh)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. quick tapioca mix
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Roll half of pastry to 1/8-inch thick and fit into a 9-inch pie plate.

    Combine blackberries and apple slices; place in pie shell.

    Combine sugar, tapioca and cinnamon.

    Sprinkle over blackberries; dot with butter.

    Roll out remaining dough to 1/8-inch thick; place over filling.
