Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. venison, trimmed and sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. steak sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. regular salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except meat, together.

    Pour sauce over meat and let sit in refrigerator for a day or two.

    Place meat on cookie sheet in oven at 140° for about 4 hours or until dry.
