- 2 1/2 lb. venison, trimmed and sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. steak sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. regular salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except meat, together.

2Pour sauce over meat and let sit in refrigerator for a day or two.

3Place meat on cookie sheet in oven at 140° for about 4 hours or until dry.
