- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Mix ingredients.

2Soak 1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless meat in marinade overnight.

3Cut into strips (1/8 to 1/4 x 1-inch).

4Lay strips on oven racks with the drip pan below and the door slightly open; roast for 5 to 6 hours at 150°.

5The meat will shrivel and blacken as it dries.

6Pat off any beads of fat.

7Cook the meat until it is chewy and flexible enough to bend without breaking. Do not overdry.
