Ingredients

  • 13 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 14 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 2 lbs thin sliced venison or 2 lbs beef

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a ziploc bag.

    Let marinate 4 hours or overnight.

    Put into dehydrator and dry about 5 hours.
