  • 1 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

    Cut venison into 1/4-inch strips and marinate 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator.

    Remove venison from refrigerator and blot or drip dry.

    Add black pepper and garlic salt to taste.

    Pound into venison with steak hammer.

    Brush on liquid smoke and cover with paper towel.

    Cook in microwave on High for 6 minutes.

    Meat will continue to cook after microwave shuts off.
