- 1 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Cut venison into 1/4-inch strips and marinate 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator.

2Remove venison from refrigerator and blot or drip dry.

3Add black pepper and garlic salt to taste.

4Pound into venison with steak hammer.

5Brush on liquid smoke and cover with paper towel.

6Cook in microwave on High for 6 minutes.

7Meat will continue to cook after microwave shuts off.
