Venison Lasagna

  • 1 lb. ground venison
  • 6 oz. lasagna noodles
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Cook noodles in salted water.

    Brown meat and onion in oil. Drain.

    Add oregano and sauce to meat.

    Simmer for 15 minutes. Layer noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese in pan.

    Repeat.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
