- 2 eggs
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 md. onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1-1/2 lb. ground venison
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs; add tomato sauce, onion, crumbs, salt and pepper.

2Add venison and mix well.

3Press into an ungreased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

4Combine brown sugar, mustard and vinegar; pour over loaf.

5Bake, uncovered at 350F for 70 minutes.
