  • 2 lb. venison stew meat
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 6 stalks celery, chopped
  • 6 carrots, sliced
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato juice

Directions

    Mix raw meat and raw vegetables together and place into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

    Blend seasoned salt and pepper into the tomato juice and pour over the meat/vegetable mixture.

    Cover tightly with tinfoil and bake at 250° for 4 hours.
