- 3 c. diced potatoes
- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 pkg. Schilling brand pot roast seasons with roasting bag
- 1 c. water (additional, not optional)
Directions

1Place trimmed and boned roast inside roasting bag; add seasonings, potatoes, carrots and onion.

2Add water per package directions, then add additional water.

3(Venison has no marbled fat, so will cook drier.)

4Seal roasting bag closed.
