Ingredients

  • 4 lb. venison
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • salt to taste
  • oil (for browning)
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Prepare marinade of 1/2 cup vinegar, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons salt and cold over to cover roast.

    Allow roast to marinate overnight.

    Pat dry.

    Roll in flour and brown in skillet. Place in slow cooker; add remaining ingredients and cook on high for 2 hours.

    Turn to low and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
