- 4 lb. venison
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- salt to taste
- oil (for browning)
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Prepare marinade of 1/2 cup vinegar, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons salt and cold over to cover roast.

2Allow roast to marinate overnight.

3Pat dry.

4Roll in flour and brown in skillet. Place in slow cooker; add remaining ingredients and cook on high for 2 hours.

5Turn to low and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
