  • venison roast
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • sliced onions

Directions

    Season roast with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

    Place in a roaster or Dutch oven.

    Combine soup with water.

    Add to roast. Cover roast with sliced onions.

    Cover.

    Bake at 350° for 4 hours. Pull meat off of bones and combine with gravy.
