- 1 to 2 lb. venison, cut in 1 1/2 x 6-inch strips (approximate)
- bacon, cut in half
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
Directions

1Sprinkle venison with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

2Lay a piece of bacon on venison and roll up.

3Secure with a toothpick or put several rolls on a skewer (for shish kabobs, add cut vegetables of your choice on skewers).

4Cook on a hot barbecue grill for 5 minutes.

5Turn and cook until meat is done.

6(May also put under broiler in oven.)
