  • 4 lb. ground venison
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 2 tsp. sage (rubbed)
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cayenne
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1 c. water or white cooking wine

    Combine with all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
