  • 6 a 8 chicken thighs a skinned and boned
  • 1 A1/2 large onions
  • 6 small cloves garlic
  • 2 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
  • Zest from 1 orange
  • A1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 medium size can of organic diced tomatoes
  • 4 squares good, bittersweet chocolate
  • A1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • A1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • A1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A1/2 cup raw almonds
  • A1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
