  • 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed through garlic press
  • 3/4 c. dry sherry or white wine
  • 3/4 c. water
