- 1 medium-size venison round steak
- 1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can Franco-American beef and mushroom gravy
- 1/4 c. red wine (optional)
Directions

1Salt and pepper steaks and cut into serving pieces.

2Flour lightly and brown in oil.

3Drain off excess oil.

4Layer meat, green pepper, onions and mushrooms in skillet or baking dish. Cover with gravy and wine.

5Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 or 2 hours or until meat is tender.
