- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 pkg. refrigerated biscuits (10 in pkg.)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/3 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Cut cream cheese into 20 pieces and shape into balls.

3Flatten and press each biscuit to a 3-inch diameter.

4Combine sugars and cinnamon; on each biscuit place 1 teaspoon sugar and cinnamon and 1 ball of cream cheese; bring up edges and seal.

5Pour butter into bottom of 5-cup ring mold. Sprinkle half of nuts and half of rest of sugar and cinnamon into mold.

6Place half the biscuits atop, seam side up.

7Repeat layers. Bake at 375° until browned, about 20 minutes.

8Cool in pan for 5 minutes; invert onto serving plate.

9I play a lot with this recipe. I usually use more brown sugar.
