  • 1 to 2 lb. venison steak
  • 1/4 c. grape jelly
  • 1/4 c. Heinz 57 steak sauce
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • pepper

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except venison steak in a large bowl. Tenderize venison steak and place on foil in a shallow baking dish.

    Pour mixture over steak and seal foil.

    Bake for 2 hours in a preheated 350° oven.
